Original contemporary/vintage art posters (1950s-1990s) - the antique/vintage posters of tomorrow...the art investment for the future;
from the world-famous Polish School of Posters, recognized as the best in contemporary poster art comparable to France's La Belle Epoque of the 1890s. |

| A very successful show! Our 7th exhibit at The Architectural Digest Home Design Show. We featured the Polish Poster Exhibit at MoMA May-Nov 2009. More Interest than ever before. And we sold more posters. Many sales were to people who had seen the posters before & decided they were ready to buy. (or it was because we had younger, more attractive sales help. Thanks...Hannah, Baron, Danuta). Decisions. It's hard choosing a poster from so many great choices. |

The 'CYRK gang' |
For the first time, we also displayed on the table some non-CYRK posters. It was very successful.
Note: The center white image of the 3 men standing on each other's shoulders is 'the original art' for a poster, a rare piece. |

| We work very hard at a trade show telling people about Polish posters and CYRK posters in particular.. Many people tell us that they've seen us at the shows before and that they're still undecided about purchasing. Each year more people purchase at the shows. Here you see 2 young aspiring artists busy creating the next prize-winning poster while Chas German, Sheila Sache & Ylain Mayer continue 'talking up' Polish posters. |

| Two 'young interns' certainly made 'flipping posters' easier (when they decided to work). Every year we see more people show a greater interest in CYRK posters as more people are exposed to the posters. The posters are certainly an 'eye opener'. People are stopped by the beauty of the color & design and are interested in knowing that they are Polish posters created under Communism. |

Many new, hard-to-find 1960s-1970s CYRK posters ('The juggler - Fred Astaire' by Hilscher (1965) #030 &'Homage to Picasso' by Starowieyski (1966) #024)
Also, 1-of-a-kind censored CYRK posters - (approval marks from the Communist government censors). Including a representative assortment of Polish jazz, film, opera, theater &exhibit posters. (Shell Lewis, Ylain Mayer, &Stan Morris handled the Contemporary Posters booth.)

"Decorating with CYRK art for every room in your home of office" was the theme of the booth at the very successful 2nd Annual Home Design Show. The Show was co-sponsored by the New York Times which arranged for 3 full days of lectures by prominent designers. Free designer consultations were available. Attendance at the show was good as people tried to put the horrendous events of 9-11 behind them. Attendance, enthusiasm &sales were especially good at the CYRK booth as people 'loved' the CYRK posters. |
